gotta get more than 4 hours of sleep

This is stupid. Week in and week out, I do the same thing. Stay up til 1am or later on a sunday night when I know full well that my alarm is set to go off at 5:30am. Well last night, I was up til 3, and gave in and set my alarm for 7. That didn’t make much of a difference.

I read before I go to sleep, but it seems like I’m either spending time reading the same page over and over, or trying to find where I was before I fell asleep and closed the book without putting in my bookmark.
